As we are in the middle of Holy Week, we are approaching the two most significant events in history:  Good Friday, the day we remember Jesus’ crucifixion on the Cross and Easter Sunday, where we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord!  Both of these events are what gives us so much hope for our present, past, and future.  All of our past, including the issues that attempt to haunt us and limit us were dealt with at the Cross.  Every obstacle we will ever face was dealt with at the Cross.  The burdens we carry today were dealt with at the Cross.  

Jesus truly paid the price in our behalf so that through His death, burial, and resurrection we can now enter into new life and no longer be a slave to our past, present trials, or whatever may come.  We look to an empty Cross, empty tomb, and a Risen Savior to gain the hope, faith, and confidence we need to face our tomorrows with certainty. That’s the same Jesus who took the most impossible situation, a sealed tomb, and turned it into an eternal prophetic reminder for us--no situation is too difficult for Him, we simply come and surrender once again believing for resurrection life and power to flow into our life situations!
