We all go through moments or seasons where it’s hard to see. It’s hard to see what God is doing. It’s hard to see the purpose for our pain. It’s hard to see where we are going and on and on the list goes. However, this is sacred space. It’s an invitation from Father God into the unknown. It’s an open door to His realm where impossible situations yield to Heaven’s possibilities. God doesn’t require us to see in order to believe. He calls us to believe when we can’t see, to trust Him when life makes no sense. This is His realm.

Peter faced impossible odds when in the storm, he asked Jesus to tell him to come out to where Jesus was, walking on the water. Walking on water seems impossible in itself but add to it, stormy water with major waves and now we’re in overwhelming odds. Even though Peter eventually sinks, he trusted Jesus enough to step out of the boat and walk.. on water.

In our stormy seasons, we don’t need to understand it all, we need to trust Jesus by pursuing Him and locking our eyes on Him the Author and Finisher of our faith!
