total trust

Trust is a big issue in any relationship.  Without it it’s impossible to experience health in that relationship.  It is no different in our relationship with Jesus.  Our relationship with Him is built on trust.  “For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green,  and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit.”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

What amazing promises in this passage!  Trusting the Lord when everything around us makes trusting Him hard is an act of faith.  It’s a decision.  We choose in the darkest hours of our lives to trust in the Lord and His goodness!

Where has God come through for you?  When has He provided miraculously? What testimonies do you have about God coming through for you?  Meditating on these testimonies helps us build faith and trust.  We know that He who has come through in seasons past will come through again.

He is trustworthy.  He has us and the circumstances we face.

With Hope,

Pastor Reggie

supporting the campbells

As many of you know by now, Nick and Marie Campbell, longtime members and family friends of The Fountain, lost their eldest daughter, Star, earlier in January. (Star is pictured far left, with her son.)

The Fountain has set up a LOVE fund for them to help them through this difficult time. You can give below, by clicking on "CLICK HERE TO GIVE" and choose "Benevolence" at the giving site, or bring checks or cash on Sunday. We will be collecting this through January.

Star's memorial service will be on March 9, at 2 p.m., at Moorpark Presbyterian Church, 13950 Peach Hill Road, in Moorpark.
Everyone is invited to wear green or Famu (green/orange) colors as those were Star's favorites.

Giving generously.

If you’ve been blessed by the Fountain, please consider a gift of any amount to help us continue the mission Jesus has given us to advance His Kingdom in southern California and beyond.
