our future home
This week we are fasting and praying into our future church home. Here’s what we know, God has a geographical will for Our church home. There is a specific place and address that he wants at.
At the exact moment, He is going to open a door for us and show us where we are called to be.
In the meantime we must not allow the lack of a church facility to call home limit us in what we are called to do. In Jeremiah 29:5-7, Israel is instructed by the Lord to “build houses and plant vineyards” even though they have been carried off as captives by Babylon. In other words, God was saying don’t let the fact that you don’t have a “home” to keep you from functioning as though you do have a home.
Wherever we are and wherever God sends us let us always function as the church, the type of Church (ekklesia) that Jesus said He would build. One where the gates of hell would not prevail against her.
Let’s advance His kingdom by possessing the land he’s placed us in and make disciples of those we are called to love into the Kingdom!
